Redbug Wins Murata Great Business Challenge

(Dillsburg, PA) - Redbug Technologies has won the Murata Great Business Challenge which includes a prize package worth nearly $50,000. As the winner, Redbug will move its headquarters to the Murata Business Center, a startup incubator in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Redbug's cofounders, Andrew Hagenbuch and Nathan Hoover, were announced the winners at an awards luncheon on April 20th at the Penn Harris Radisson and Convention Center. The Murata Great Business Challenge was part of the Start Me Up business plan competition. The competition was designed to encourage the growth of new and young business in the Central Pennsylvania Area.

"We are really excited about moving into Murata. It is a great place for startups like Redbug," Hagenbuch explained. "Initiatives like Start Me Up show that great businesses, including hi-tech ones, can be built right here in central Pennsylvania." Redbug plans on moving to Murata by the end of May.

Redbug Technologies is a software development company based in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. The company was formed in 2004 and is presently focused on exploring VR software technologies.
